Best Monthly Achiever receives a Gem Angel Zipper Pull.

At the end of the meeting for the month of June, each member came up with a "resolution" to follow for the month of July, to make a positive lifestyle change.

 

The idea is that at the end of the month, we KEEP going with that resolution, and add another one, so that after a year, we have made 12 healthy resolutions to make lifestyle changes and see positive results on the scale.

Some examples for July:

  • start eating breakfast at home, preferrably cereal
  • stop eating mayo as a side with her fries and chicken fingers.
  • will make her own trail mix instead of buying it and eating the really rich stuff.
  • will stop drinking pop
  •  will drink a protein shake every day
  • will up her water consumption to 6 - 8 glasses a day
