It was great to finally get to your chapter meeting September 24th - and what a week your chapter has - a NO GAIN WEEK - with if I recall like a 24 pound loss! Way to go. Look forward to coming again soon.

Way to go 4460 Woodstock on your latest no gain meeting - this chapter was at the November TOPS Walk and decided after everyone had finished the walk to do it once again - so before they left to walk around the river again I said "well I will expect a no gain meeting report from your chapter this week" and they did :) Excellent!
