PUFF THE TRAGIC DRAGON
Puff the tragic dragon lived by the "C",
Chocolate cake and cookies is all he'd ever eat.
Little Jackie Paper loved that chubby Puff,
But said, "This food is killing you.
It's time to take pounds off."
To TOPS they both did travel, and new
friends they did hail,
Jackie weight recorded as Puff stepped on the
scale.
Each week they saw progress, as pounds and
pounds were shed.
Health and energy returned and now it can be
said:
Puff the magic dragon lives by the "C",
Celery sticks and carrot sticks is now what
he will eat.
