FUN at Play:

Congratulations to you, as you have been elected by your chapter to represent them.  With all the wonderful resources, including yourself, to help Take and Keep off pounds sensibly.  There are many resources and tools available designed to help us to our job. 

Chapter charter:  Every chapter has a charter.  This will have your opening date of your chapter.  It should be displayed for all to see at the meetings.

Chapter Manual:

This is our newest guide book which encompasses all rules.

My Day One:  You should have at least 3-4 copies on file and when you need more, simply add a note to Carol with the membership, that you need more.

TOPS Terms:  Remember that the terminology is foreign to new members.  Use the long term for PRD-Provincial recognition Days.  Have a welcome booklet ready for new members.  Add in the terminologies we use and TOPS facts as well. 

The Choice is Mine:a copy was mailed out to every chapter last year and this book belongs to the chapter.

TOPS News:  Utilize this not only for programs, but also for the changes that are happening within TOPS; ideas that you can use, recipes & success stories.

Forms:  Your binder includes updated forms.  Please go through your supplies and be sure that they are updated.
