If there is one thing about me - I love to read! I read everything I can get my hands on. Throughout my weight loss journey (my entire life actually) I have gathered some wonderful - and unfortunatley some not so wonderful books - to help on my weight loss journey.
These books now sit upon a shelf that are only touched during weekly dusting, and when someone expresses interest in borrowing one of my books. I won't put up the "not so wonderful" books but have included some of the books I thoroughly enjoyed and learned something from. I am more than willing to lend them out to a TOPS member. I could drop it off to your chapter, if I am in the area, or for some of the "lighter" ones I could drop them in the mail.
