Our Area TOPS Walking Club

Thank you to our newest chapter - TOPS ON 5412 Rostock for hosting July's walk. Three of their own members, along with Eric in the stroller, enjoyed an early morning walk around Rostock.

Thank you to TOPS ON 5191 Woodstock for hosting a lovely Spring morning walk. We walked the same path as "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" that morning. We may not have had the crowd they did - but it was an enjoyable walk.

This walk could have been classified as a dog walk  :) the dogs out numbered the TOPS members - thank goodness for family members attending the walks or they would have.

Snow, nor high wind, would hold us dedicated TOPS Walk Members back for the first TOPS Area Walk of 2011 hosted by TOPS ON 295 Woodstock

TOPS ON 295 Woodstock also treated us afterwards at their meeting hall to hot coffee/tea, muffins and clemintines to help warm us up and enjoy further fellowship ~ THANK YOU!

What a great idea to make this a family event - involve the family in the monthly TOPS walk to help introduce exercise as a family activity - bring your dog too!
