Action: Keep building the habit of having water with you at all times and drink it often.
If you get in the habit and continue to build on that habit and build on the commitment, you will find that not only will your weight and health improve, but that you'll be drinking water without even thinking.
Remember, drinking water is the most important and most significant action in this plan, which is why it is first. It is really the easiest action as well. So continue to build on the habit of drinking water and focus on making it 90% of your total beverage intake, as well as striving to reach the right amount for you each day.

I have not been able to stick to each day this week. While I rarely drink juice, I have had one juice drink this week, a vitamin drink, and I do try to drink water most of the time. I have not been able to chart my water intake. I will do it this week and read daily affirmations.I have not been able to fit that in either.
I will make a point of thee two actions this week.

Like I mentioned before Anne, Change takes time.
Thanks for mentioning affirmations. Is everyone else reading their daily affirmations in the morning and before bed - to help sink it into our subconscious mind. I try using mine whenever I feel overwhelmed also - like a peace chant - but it does work to make your mind stop and think again on the right track.
I admit I am an emotional eater and this is why I have a hard time reciting the KOPS pledge - I don't do it at my own chapter - as I feel I have not got hold of my emotional eating yet and the pledge says "I have controlled my emotions, and not let them control me" - I work on it daily and look forward to TRULY being able to recite that part. When I say my affirmation it helps ground me back and helps me realize that either I am emotionally eating (figure out what's wrong) or that my emotions are trying to send me to the kitchen - out of habit of course.
Well long enough - have a great day! -

being sick for two days made me get behind here. I have been drinking lots of water and staying on track better. Lots of hot tea and chicken soup as well, trying to knock out this cold.
I have gone way over the amount of water for one day, which when there is nothing else to do is easy. Sleep and drink, I can do that! -

Ellen I hope you get feeling better. As the doctors always say "lots of liquids" and you are following doctors orders :)
