Action: Keep building the habit of having water with you at all times and drink plenty of it through out the day. Choose water over any other beverage.
How do I feel about my progress up to this point?
How does my body feel now compared to when I started?
Can I do more to improve upon what I have done so far?
Is this something I can do for the rest of my life?

I feel very good about my first week (I missed day one)
I had a good weigh in this first week, and that is enough to say my body feels better, (at least my moral does)
I'm sure there is always room for improvement
Sure am going to try to do this for the rest of my life. I know every day wont be perfect, but I'll give it my best. -

What a great attitude about it all Vietta :) no, none of us is perfect - I figure if we are "prefect" 80% of the time what more can we ask for our ourselves.
Glad you feel good about week one. Week two tomorrow :) -

Yep, this feels like something I could do forever. As a much younger person, I always had trouble with constipation, but I have learned that it takes a LOT of water to keep me regular. That alone is worth every swallow. There are always days of backsliding, but if we are honest they become great ways of learning.
YEEHAW..... Week two! BRING IT ON!!! -

Despite being sick all weekend,I do feel better drinking more water.
I like the pitcher full in the fridge because I do not have to mark anything down and I know at a glace if I have had enough water for the day.
A couple of days I did not finish it all, but it is getting to be more of a habit, one that I really want to keep going. -

Week one accomplished and to continue to build on. I think for sure it is something I could do forever (and wish every day was a very fluid one)
