Action: Keep building the habit of having water with you at all times. Choose water over any other beverage.
As you move on today and continue to cleanse your body with more water and fewer no-so-healthy beverages, you should begin to feel more energy and quite possibly you've lost some weight. It is amazing what results you can achieve with this one simple action. Like anything, though, it takes time. Your body will begin to do what it's meant to do: be an efficient, functioning, healthy, energetic system.

I have been keeping up on what we are supposed to do everyday, but I haven't had time yet til today to post.
On day 3, I did an inventory. We have one bottle of Coke tucked away for company, and some hot chocolate packets, that will now be destined for Christmas baskets. Low calorie alternates I have in stock is 1% milk, and some flavoured teas, and of course, water! I don't drink pop on a regular basis, only for special occasions so I don't miss it, but I will have to replace the hot chocolate with tea. Yesterday, I did really well with drinking extra water as I had to go the bathroom all the time. Of course, it was a great incentive that weigh in was yesterday, too. -

I tried to keep track today .... the last count was 8 water and 2 tea. I am still drinking the water tonight and will have my tea before bed. It is very dry in our office so I have to drink alot. Good thing the washroom is across the hall. Now to drink and not eat over the weekend. This challenge has helped me to be more aware of what I am drinking and how much. My weight is down since Monday.

Good Nancy - always nice to hear when weight is down - that is two I know of now that lost this week. I didn't make it to chapter this week so I don't know. Today was an ok day for water. Another day on the road - when I came home though I drank a large glass of water each time before heading back out. Then visited TOO many public washrooms..lol -

I have come down with a cold (not the flu as I have no fever, just a cold) So yesterday I really kept up with fluids and chicken soup.
Keeping the pitcher of water in the fridge is good, but does not help when I am away so I am going to get a big bottle to take with me when I am on bus trip etc.
