We can ALL list probably 50 different diets, and more than likely tried at least half, if not more, our self.
I have been asked many different times what I thought about this diet or that diet - I am by far no diet expert - unless trying so many of them I can't count them all makes you one :)
I do read a lot of diet related books and research a lot of them also. Sometimes I come away with something - others they give me a laugh.
I thought it would be a great idea to put together a page that would help not only understand the different diets, but to see what people say about them - perhaps pros or cons.
Just click the book cover to check them out. Please do leave a comment on the diet page if you have tried the diet or what your thoughts are on it. I know there will be lots of differing opinions. I like to take what works for me from the different programs.
