- Monthly dues will be $7.00 to be paid on the first meeting of every month.
- Meetings will be on Mondays.
- Weigh in starts at 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. Meeting starts at 5:35.
- Meeting will be held at St. Stephen’s Church, 133Home Street, Stratford ON N5A 2A2
- Members must call another member if they are going to be absent from a meeting and be an excused absence.
- Awards Weekly best achiever (person who has highest weight loss) will be honoured with a small gift (gifts will be replenished by members as needed) Monthly award of a gift basket of fruit and assorted low calorie items to be drawn at the first meeting of each month and presented to the person whose name is drawn from eligible names. You become eligible by losing weight in the preceding month. KOPS with leeway are eligible too.
- Contest awards are at the discretion of the person or people who manage the contest (pending approval of executive).
- There will be a weekly 50/50 draw. Members may purchase tickets for the draw costing 50 cents or 3 tickets for $1.00.
- At the end of a term an executive member may receive recognition for time served.
- Gifts will be given for the following; milestone anniversary (25th, 50th), hospital stay, birth of baby. Death in immediate family. Amount of gift will be $15.00. Birthday cards are sent by the secretary to each member.
- Lending Library. All items must be signed out and in again. Items can be put on hold so members should check to see if someone is waiting for it. Members will donate items relating to wellness and weight loss (books, videos, DVD’s)
- Executive meetings will take place once a month or as needed.
- Gas mileage incurred on TOPS business will be 50 cents a km..
- Children are not allowed to stay for a TOPS meetings.
- Food is not to be eaten during a meeting.
- At a weigh-in meeting only, 2 people shall be in attendance in weigh-in room.
