CHAPTER BYLAWS
 
 
CHAPTER.............TOPS  ON 5248  PARKHILL
 
1.REVISION DATE....JUNE 14TH,2011
 
2.Meetings held once a week on Tuesday at 6:30
 
3.Official weigh in starts at 6:00pm and ends at 6:30pm
 
4.Location.......North Middlesex Multi Service Center
                       185 King Street,Parkhill, Ontario
 
5.Dues will be $ 2.00 per week
 
6. Anyone whom weighs in after 6:30 will be for their own record and not recongized for awards
 
7. If you miss 2 weeks for your TOPS weigh in and come the third weeks your weight will be divided
    by three to get your weekly weigh in
 
8. We will buy a gift for any guest at the price of $10.00
 
9. Mileage will be paid to our Area Captain when she does a presentaion.Milage will be 42 cents per km.
 
10. Mileage will be paid to any Tops member who goes to outside events,concerning their Tops chapter(42 cents per km)
 
11. If you are absent from Tops meeting for a number of weeks. You will be charged $10.00 to catch up with your dues.
 
12. Medical excuses will be noted on your weight chart as EX but will not be marked against you for your Yearly perfect attendance.
 
13.All bylaws will be reviewed in March of each year before the new executives take over.
